SofPort® Advanced Optics (AO) Aspheric Lens

Traditional IOLs (intraocular lenses) used in cataract surgery are spherical, or curved, in the front. In contrast, aspheric IOLs such as the SofPort AO Aspheric Lens are designed with a unique shape to optimize visual contrast and image quality. These attributes are especially valuable for vision in low-light conditions, such as night driving. The SofPort AO Aspheric Lens is made from a biocompatible silicone that is well tolerated in the eye.
